Apollo Palm is a newly opened hotel in the rapidly evolving neighborhood of Athens - Psyrri. The hotel interior is a celebration of the city's cultural heritage.

The renowned Mariette Sans-Rival Studio designed Apollo Palm Hotel. It has 48 spare guest rooms with gorgeous common spaces and nautical-inspired architecture. Brass light fixtures create a warm atmosphere, and the custom furniture was designed in collaboration with local craftspeople. The Galerie Downtown Paris recently showcased one of the hotel's chairs from the "Lucie Collection" at their contemporary design exhibition, Trônes.

The hotel has several dining options: an all-day cafe, late-night spots, and a rooftop cocktail bar. The cafe is known for Mediterranean breakfast fare, local roasters' coffee, and small plates of regional comfort food. The rooftop bar has inventive cocktails, tapas, and stunning views of the Acropolis and Athens. There are also special cultural events, such as open-air cinema nights and Sunday sunset parties.
